Order Processing

 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Please note: Order processing times may be extended during peak seasons or holidays. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

 

 

Domestic Shipping

 

We ship all domestic orders via USPS Ground Advantage.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders of $35 or more (after discounts and before taxes).

  • Flat Rate Shipping: For all domestic orders under $35, there is a flat rate shipping fee of $5.00.

Estimated Delivery Time (Domestic): Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days.

 

International Shipping

 

We ship to a wide range of international destinations. We use the most cost-effective shipping carrier available, which may vary depending on the destination.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for your international order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated Delivery Time (International): Delivery times for international orders can vary widely depending on the destination and local customs processes. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 

Oregon Spoods LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, including tariffs and taxes, are the customer's responsibility.

 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

 

Damages

 

Oregon Spoods LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for instructions on how to handle a damaged shipment.
