Return and Refund Policy

 

This policy applies to all orders placed through our website.

 

Our 30-Day Return Guarantee

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

 

How to Initiate a Return

 

To start a return, please contact us at support@oregonspoods.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

 

Shipping Costs

 

Unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Order Cancellation

 

You may request to cancel your order as long as we have not yet created a shipping label for it. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. Once a shipping label has been created, we are unable to cancel the order and you will need to follow the return process.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your package arrives damaged, please take the following steps immediately:

  1. Take multiple photos of the damaged items.

  2. Take photos of the damaged box from different angles.

  3. Take at least one photo that clearly shows both the damaged items and the shipping box together, with the shipping label visible.

Please send these photos to support@oregonspoods.com along with your order number. Once we have reviewed the photos, we will determine the best course of action, which may include issuing a refund, sending a replacement, or asking you to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.


 

For Our Customers in the European Union

 

For all orders shipped to and within the EU, you have a Right of Withdrawal from your purchase contract within a period of 14 days without giving any reason. Our 30-day return policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your legal right to withdraw.

Please note: The Right of Withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized. Therefore, custom-decorated enclosures or other personalized items are not eligible for a refund or return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) to support@oregonspoods.com.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Upon withdrawal, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
